| Hi. Was just scrolling through the list of planes and found a plane named "Radar Control..." was just curious what it actually controls if anything??? Thanks. |

| if I'm not mistaken, it's a plane used as a stationary object on the map, which in turns provides the link between IL2 and a real time radar page in SEOW. |

Almost correct.
The Radar Control plane is an active airframe that is used as a code hook inside HSFX to generate radar contact data if Radar Stations or some capital ships are in use on the map.
The Radar Control plane uses a B-29SP model, but is defined as an entirely separate airframe in HSFX, so that people who want to use B-29SP can do so completely independently of radar functions.
